As for philanthropy, Jeremy Goldstein is dedicated to making the world a better place for everyone. That is why he actively participates in an organization that aids in the recovery and help of women and men suffering from mental illness. He is the Director for Fountain House since 2008.

With this being said Fountain House has a celebratory dinner hosted by Jeremy himself and two other men named Jim Finkel and Omar Khan. This special evening included vintages of Chateau Latour wine, a lavish dinner, and Fountain House as the main guest. The dinner ended up being a hit and everyone had a good time.

This organization help men and woman at the root of what they really need, then branch out to boost them up and help them succeed when maybe everyone else has given up on them. Almost 23,000 people with mental illness are homeless in the state of New York and that is staggering. With Fountain House they have programs in play to help these people get a safe and dry place to stay. In fact, 99 percent of them have the housing that is a basic necessity.

The other part of this is that they also need employment. 85 percent of people who have some form of mental illness are unemployed. Fountain House is working tirelessly to help these people get employment in the state of New York. 44 percent of their members are currently employed.
